HipCity Innovation Centre (HipCity Hub) is a research, development and advocacy organization with the mandate to strengthen community capacity and resilience, as well as to create platforms for citizen participation in governance and democratic processes.
As part of our project: Abuja: A city for All – we are supporting women in local urban communities to build their leadership and political capacity to get involved in governance processes and influence urban development through a gender-lens for a more inclusive Federal Capital Territory.
In line with this; we are seeking the services of a professional leadership and communication expert to support these women in their aspiration to get involved actively in governance.
The consultant is expected to organize a two-day intensive technical and practical sessions with the women, support them in visioning, messaging and stakeholder mapping and engagement.
This is a short term consultancy.
